Hi All,

Can you tell me what are the times to submit an application for a visa. I heard that its only between 10am to 12noon, and pickup is between 2pm and closing time. Can I submit in the afternoon???? My flight leaves BKK at 7am and gets to Penang at 10AM and not sure if there will be enough time for me to apply and may have to submit next day! Need info ASAP!

No. Next business day after 2 PM. This is pretty much standard at most places but understand Savannakhet will turn around same day.

mmm from my experience highly unlikely, I think you can get it back the afternoon of the day after.

Maybe one of the visa service can help you to get it the same day with a "supplemental" fee.(not sure though, it didn't work for my tourist double entry visa)
