You can, you just need to buy in bulk - 10 litres or more I believe is the minimum threshold - to avoid this black out..

You would think that someone in the ministry could have informed Somchai that supply and demand curves aren't straight lines. Or even in the family; isn't there an MBA there somewhere?

I read somewhere some time ago that the law is meant to discourage school kids from purchasing alcohol.

The shortfall is all due to the fact that I stopped drinking after the recent price increase.
