Should I use my re-entry number or visa number?

I'm coming back to Thailand on Sunday. I had a one entry visa for Thailand but I got a re-entry permit for my trip back home.

I just want to make sure what number should I use when filling in the arrival card? My visa or the re-entry permit?

Use the re-entry permit number.

And, next to where you enter the re-entry permit number, right in caps: RE-ENTRY PERMIT

Don't want the Immigration officer to miss it.

And II, check the date stamped in your passport before you walk away.

In any event your visa effectively expired when you "used" it for your original entry into LOS.

Correct, just check your visa itself is still valid.

The visa validity date is not important and it is unusable because it was a single entry.

Only the validity of the re-entry permit is important.
