hansnl
I normally do not try to rent out houses, most certainly not my own. And yes I know, it should be done in a kind of classified area. That said, the small house near me, from the same owner, just came empty. Khon Kaen, in a soi Chata Phadung, Catholic schools, quiet area. I would like to see somebody in there, renting, who is a quiet type. The house has a total size of 7,5 by 6,5 meter, comprising of small living room, generous bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Only me and the owner as neighbours, all bungalow style, not in a condo building The rent is very reasonable, 3800 baht a month, while electric (7 baht/kw), water, internet and cable tv are seperate. Mostly my bill is around the 4500-5000 baht range, including everything. If interested, contact me on email Send PM to member. sirineou
I think you would get a better response if you changed the tittle to "House for rent" as it reeds now unless you notice the question mark, one would think you ere looking for a house to rent. draftvader
Worse still I saw your username and thought it was "hansel" and was worried you were looking around Isaan for a girl named "Gretel"!
ballpoint
Sounds just what I need for my motorcycle muffler removal and rev counter testing business, with room for the wife's no-anesthetic tomcat castration clinic and pig sticking butchery. And our death metal band of a thousand amplifiers can practice on the nights when our daughter's violin and opera singing class isn't taking place. I sure hope the area is as quiet as you say. I can't stand outside noise.
