Phuket town water utility office

Can anyone tell me where I can go to pay an overdue water bill from last month? I think after 7 days you can't pay at 7-11, right? I'm in the area just north of Rajabat University and unable to contact the landlord to find out...

Need to go to the water company offices in Kathu, just below the Bang Was dam, back of the golf course.

OK thanks, I know that office from last year - wasn't sure if it covered this area also.. in any event, this month's bill came this morning after I posted so I can pay it at 7-11 and not need to visit Kathu,,
