Green colour is printed on several words on receiving emails.

Featured Replies

For the last two months or so, all receiving emails including the emails from TV Forum have several printed words covered in green colour.

When clicking on them, or just touching them unwanted then a small page comes up outlining sales procedures of several different aspects, and asking to click for the new page outlining the details

My question is ... can this be cancelled or removed on one's own PC in order to avoid this nonsense which appears on all emails in large numbers.

Several questions before we can try and remote diagnose your problem

Operating System? Windows, Mac, Linux

Browser ? Firefox, Chrome, Opera

Email client ? AOL, Outlook, Gmail

Personal emails from known contacts or just advertisement emails ? (spam)

It comes from updates, maybe Realplayer or Adobe Flash player; diffferent ways to get rid of it: for me, with Firefox, I have looked in "tools"," additionnal modules" and the "malware or virus " started by the name "FT... " ( I dont' remember the end of the name ) : just supress it

supress the program which was not here before

many people got it and everybody who resolved the problem had a different name to suppress

I had it when looking Internet and everything connected with Internet (including Thaivisa and e mails )
