Last year I saw one similar, if not same, in Hua Hin being driven by an army lad with another sitting on the roof with his legs dangling through a hole in the roof. I would imagine a LMG would normally be mounted up there.

There is a Thai guy in Lat Yao, a small village near Nakhon Sawan has a white civilian model.

I think he is the owner of the biggest rice mills and storage facilities in that area.

These Toyota megacruisers are Japanese military equivalent to the humvee. This one linked is ex Japan military.

4 litre diesel turbo engine and no Ac. Only a heater.

It even has a built in compressor to deflate and inflate tires from the cab.
