What does this has to do with BKK? (IN BKK there are at least 100+ guesthouses much closer to a Muay Thai gym/training).

LOcation should be explained better-in town, how far out? transport options??

Sorry Asanee, new to the forum. Was thinking that people in Bangkok might be looking to experience Isarn and get out of the city.

The homestay is about 6 hours from Bangkok in Khorat Province and is close to Prasat Hin Phi Mai, and Phanom Rung. We offer pick up from Bangkok, or those interested can contact us as there is a bus from Mo Chit that comes within 5KM of the village which we would then pick you up.

Sounds like a nice experience for someone new to Thailand. Not long ago I was looking at the Lonely Planet website (lonelyplanet.com), and someone had posted that they would like to visit a non-touristy area of Issan. Your cousins place sounds like what they were looking for so you might go to the LP website, click on Thorn Tree then go to the Thailand thread and post your homestay particulars there. You may get better responses there then on TV. Or ask the mods to move your post to the travel thread. Good luck.
