The translation above is correct. Google translate is not reliable.

My Wife says it's just asking if it OK to call. could be a friend or anyone. Could be you are worrying too much or maybe not Time will tell.

Relax and try not to read too much into it at this stage. If she is playing around it will become obvious sooner or later.

In Google's defence, the Thai is misspelled. ใหม should be ไหม. ใหม doesn't exist as a word. That said, Google translate is pretty dire for Thai.

Alot of relationship problems could be caused by google translate,

they are just being polite ใหม is a new thai slang word which broadly translated means "that low down sneaky conniving suspicious land stealing foreigner" previously this was just ฝรั่ง or farang but it became too widely understood by the subjects it was describing. hope this helps.

Since foreigners cannot even BUY the land I think they have no change stealing it.

Stealing land is done among the Thais. The rich steal from the poor, the successful from the desperate, as it always has been.

No foreigners involved here.
