The best beef ribs I've found in the Pattaya area are at Tigglebitties. They're huge, very meaty, tender, and delicious. I know there are a couple of other places I've heard of that are said to have good beef ribs (Lone Star is one); but they're all on the beach side of Sukhumvit. I try to avoid going into that traffic mess (as well as the general atmosphere) as much as possible.

Does anyone know of a place on the Darkside that has ribs like those I described at Tigglebitties? I'm not interested in the 3"-4" "bite size" things with no more meat than I have on my pinky finger. I'm talkin' big ol' Texas size ribs, with good BBQ sauce.

Any tips will be appreciated.

You might try the Drop Inn (Mabprachan). I doubt they have them daily but they do pork ribs to order and they are good. They might do beef ribs if asked. Owner being South African so understands the need for meat!
