Buying 2nd hand scooter - things to check?

Check number on frame and engine so they match the registration book (green book).

Feel the engine oil between your fingers, if have grains don't do it.

Five years ago, a bloke tried to sell me a scooter.

The oil-stick was broken mistake. whistling.gif

Used the one from my scooter and it had metal grains in the oil. bah.gif
