Doi Maesalong , any recommendations for accommodation?

I'm looking to stay there on Sunday night and the place I like ("Little Home", a little gem) is full. It is busy for Chinese New Year I'm sure, but there are so few places listed on the internet I was wondering if anyone knows of somewhere that's clean and tidy, but not a fancy resort as we will probably arrive late afternoon and leave earlyish next day. There are some fancy resorts that are about 3,000 baht but I'm thinking of something in the 500 to 1,000B range. I'm not interested in backpacker 200 baht places.

Since it will be busy I would like to book in advance, so I'd appreciate contact details if possible. Thanks.

I've always stayed in Mae Salong Villa. It's clean, and is located in town. It's got an excellent Chinese restaurant - the first Yunnanese restaurant in Thailand - and the owners also own one of the major tea plantations on Doi Mae Salong that provides some truly excellent tea. It's also sold on the premisies
