Wong!
Looking through the ads it seems incredible that there are so many relatively low mileage cars with new or rebuilt engines. Is basic servicing really beyond the scope of many car owners (Thai and foreign)? One could perhaps be forgiven if it was just a crappy Vios or something, but when it's an expensive imported vehicle, I really can't work it out. Wong!
What has a stone/rock through the radiator/oil filter got to do with servicing. That happens a lot does it? Maybe I should ask the 20 or so vehicles that I have seen recently if that is what happened.

jay1980
Upgrades? Most models sold in Thailand seem to miss out on the higher spec engines that are available in Japaneses, Singaporean HK etc versions, yet there are many businesses importing the higher spec engines and half cuts of the higher spec cars. An engine swap from a higher spec version is a way to get a more powerful fun car without the massive tax burden. If the brakes and running gear are upgraded to match the engine upgrade its a smart move IMO.
