Portable or temporary. Ie portable as in one a week/month /year or temporary as in can take it with you if you move?

Any shop that sells plastic awnings will know, same as used in roadside restaurants and beers gardens. Or the garden plants shop at HomePro, etc.

Sometimes the name is stencilled on the plastic roof so you can write down the phone number as you drive by.

I use a portable/collapsible "Gazebo", as a temporary measure, for TW's car similar to those the local market vendors use . Available at Home Pro and the like for about 2600 Baht. We have it set to 2 meters but it will go up another step.
