Soutpeel
Yingluck has to use Facebook because the real author behind her messages is Thaksin How about Mr Amsterdam ? dont know if would be him specifically, but you should be able to tell whether its a native English speaker writing something, just the way something is written, words and phrasing used which wouldnt be present with a non-native speaker, if it is a native English speaker sometimes you can pick up the nationality as well

Baerboxer
She is the rightful elected leader in the country, if you do not like her vote her out of office! Oh sorry I forgot all of us Farangs do not have a right to vote in Thailand! Cheers that was then this is now. She is the caretaker PM she dissolved parliament. So she is no longer the rightful elected leader. Those elections are inconclusive, and may prove that she no longer has the peoples vote. She is the only elected PM Thailand has, now as a care taker government does not take her landslide victory away, her victory really bruised some Democrat male egos with so much painful lost of face, losing to an intelligent female in a male dominated country! Cheers Whoopee do! A landslide minority. The first female PM to be elected PM of Thailand with a landslide minority. Get the facts right.
Popular Post dharmabm
I keep reading about 'PDRC thugs' and 'violent protesters' but as i recall after following all this shiite for the last 4 or 5 months there has only been one instance of PDRC violence, on the day before the 'elections'. and yet pretty much every week since last october there have been shootings and bombings directed AGAINST the protesters, culminating in the sad attacks in the last few days AGAINST the relatively peaceful protesters, resulting in the deaths of several children. Not one attack has been investigated, not one attack has even been acknowledged by the police, and no one has done anything to try to determine who is responsible for anything. You red apologists should just hide behind your bullshite and go away, no matter how many times you are banned and come back under another name, we all know who you are.

Amavel
I was not a fan before the protests and there does need to be reform but I think every step of the way she has performed with dignity and grace and answered all moves made by Suthep and made him look like a lunatic. The foundation of Democracy is the majority rules and the vote is sacred. Without elected representation it will not be a Democracy and not recognized internationally. Modern Economies are globally interdependent and need approval of other nations. I urge the Democrats to come up with policies and plans that will win the vote. Only then can they achieve change. hellodolly
So Yingluck is posting *in english* on her facebook page addressing the protesters...? First off, she should do it in Thai, not english... this is just a gimmick for the Foreign press. Secondly she should do it face-to-face, not via her Facebook page... Mind you, when she takes her instruction via Skype, its understandable why she might think Facebook is an acceptable communication media for Policy and Negotiations. Thanks for pointing that out about posting in English. Also agree it was a cowardly way to do it should have been in front of a camera. She said in her article "She called the attacks terrorist attacks for political gains without any regard for human lives. The government will not tolerate terrorism and has ordered a full investigation by authorities to find the culprits and bring them to justice without exception. I wonder if she has considered that the culprits are on her brothers payroll. He does seem to have a history of murder. She said she would like to ask all sides of the political divide that “we may see things differently and there are many ways to express those differences. But the use of violence that lead to deaths are not the civilized way of the living. It is not the way of life of Thais who are naturally considerate and empathetic to fellow citizens, rather than resort to senseless killings. I would like to again call on all sides that it is best to use peaceful means to resolve the political conflict through the democratic process.” I wonder how she sees stealing billions of baht OK most of us see it as thievery and the only way to solve it is lock up the guilty parties. Also she is overlooking the fact that her boss has an army of goons on hand to perform violence at a mere word from him. I see where the last moment is rapidly approaching. When she posted her spineless spiel she was probably unaware that relatives of some of the slain people were bringing murder charges against her and others. They got the idea from the PTP when they charged Abhist and Suthep. I can just see the new revised amnesty bill after the 180 days are up. Her name will be on it also. The question is will she be in Thailand or posting on Facebook from Dubai? Seems to run in the family. Care to tell us how they reported that 52% of the voters didn't want her. If you are going to post nonsense know what you are talking about. What? You do understand the simplicity of the fact that a vote not for PTP does not equal a vote against them, don't you? People vote for, not against. Care to show me any article that reported that 52% of the voters decided that they particularly didn't want her, rather than how they just voted for different parties? I mean I know you wouldn't be foolishly suggesting that every other party in Thailand is anti-Yingluck/PTP. I'll even take the nation as a source btw. I'll leave your second sentence for yourself to have a think about. Edited February 24, 2014 by HD
