Mr. Suwat suggests the installation of disaster warning system nationwide

Deputy Prime Minister Suwat Liptapunlaop(สุวัจน์ ลิปตพัลลภ) has suggested that disaster warning system should be installed across the nation following the possibility of natural disaster occurrences.

Mr. Suwat said prior to the Cabinet meeting that his meeting with officials of natural disaster prevention department has come up with a conclusion that it is necessary to install the disaster warning system.

He added that the cabinet will be proposed on three issues. These include the integration of various departments so that they can receive, then advise accurate information to general public; lastly, evacuate residents immediately.

Mr Suwat said the essential issue is to effectively administrate the National Disaster Warning Center.
