Picasa is also an upload file archival facility (web albums) so could have been stamped then. After running it through Photoshop CS6 and massaging it it looks like the camera triggered on its way out so maybe it was put where he says.

Might I add that the XMP modify date is about 2 hours earlier than the alleged date taken? This can only possibly occur if the date taken was edited.

I must add here this has been the most serious concideration of this "Possible Senario" I am honored to listen to the constructive ideas surfacing now Void of all Sarcasim.

If Company in question here is working for US Government, sister Company does Security for both Stateside and Overseas. Owner of all in questionable as how deep they are themselves embedded into clansdestine activies... Don't think I need to expand anymore why I would have stopped Aircraft from landing in China and these Engineers just Disappearing...

At least that would have save alot of grief and monies spent by al concerned, But then another senario... U.S. trying to extradite them from China if they could have been found.... Again Tensions would have soared!

I can think of easier ways of making these engineers disappear and stopping stuff get on a plane.

A more 'discrete' approach would be route 1.

Garcia is UTC+06, it was modified in the UTC-04 time zone. There is a 12 hour difference between the two times (8am vs 8pm).

With a 10 hour difference in the two time zones, the two times are two hours apart.

I already posted about that patent before and am not going to look it up again. The patent has been assigned to Freescale, so it doesn't matter what happened to those listed as the inventors. It said so right on the single page that was posted of the patent, which wasn't very revolutionary anyway. US Patent info is publicly available if anyone wants to actually get the full patent description.

So all it takes is looking at the actual posted info to see the story is not plausible.
