Recommending a new subforum on General home maintenance

As stated, so that endlessly recurrent questions about dripping A/C units, appliance sticker removal, what's the best ant repellant, and clogged drains... don't clog up the DIY Housing Forum, whose title could change to DIY House Design & Construction to indicate housing design, construction, remodels/additions... DIY Housing.

This would be pretty clear, clean up the forum, and get people to the subject matter they want, faster.

What say, all?

The electrical Forum seems to be working quite well, but it is a pretty rigidly defined area.

It could work but we don't want too many sub-forums to manage, particularly if the boundaries are a bit woolly.

Can we have some suggestions as to exactly what could go in a 'Home Maintenance' forum and what would remain in 'General DIY'.

If we get some sensible ideas and a decent level of support I'll put it to 'The Management' (those of a certain age will remember Hale and Pace).
