Hi. I'm looking for a really good VW mechanic, preferably in Rayong or Pattaya but BKK is ok too.

Anyone?

Want to rebuild a motor and make it look really nice.

There is a workshop in Banchang, near Rayong that works mostly on VW, Audi and Volvo's. They are located near the rail crossing on the road between Lotus and the beach. Sorry, don't know if they are any good.

Water cooled or air cooled? Since I'm not there anymore contact Pratak @ VW showtime, speaks good English, he attended college in the states.

They are primarily air cooled but also do water cooled.. South Bangkok not too far from Pattaya or Rayong, worth the trip though.
