Just leaving the powder coaters this morning, and passed a Platinum dealer. Went for a look-see at the bike that started this thread.

Twin SS mufflers, wide rims, this one had knobbys but I could have Motard at no charge, spares available, mechanic on site, two year warranty.

Could see what AllanB was attracted to - looked good for what it is.

PS - AllanB, what made you think the rims were weak ???
