Popular Post kuthow
Wonder if Jatuporn was elected democratically ? Sounds like he wasn't and that he was appointed...something the redshirts have been fighting against. Oh well, they've also been supposedly fighting to end double standards and double standards is something they continually do themselves.
Popular Post kuthow
The red shirt organization is showing its changing focus by appointing two of its worst violent pit bulls in Jatuporn as their new Chairman and Nattawut as their new Secretary-General. Even rougher times ahead for the country with these maniacs at the controls.

Popular Post Tatsujin
Wonder if Jatuporn was elected democratically ? He was elected with a total of 39% of the votes. Voter turnout was 75%, with 39% going to Jatuporn, 9% going to candidate #2, 8% to candidate #3 and 44% no votes. According to the UDD propaganda minister, he now has the mandate of the people to do anything he wants as such a huge majority of the people voted for him. During his victory parade later that day, Jatuporn was ecstatic over the win and laid it at the door of his fiery speeches from on stage in 2010 calling for the burning of Bangkok by "the people". He explained that this one statement alone has enamored him to the people a great deal as they don't like the people in Bangkok very much, and they wish to go back and try again very soon as they didn't do a very good job of it last time they tried. Thida was unavailable for comment but sends her best wishes to Jatuporn from her luxury retirement villa in Cambodia, surrounded by her faithful Communist servants.

I welcome his appointment as it's just what UDD need, a reasonable, level headed and well adjusted leader.

virtualtraveller
Well, on the one hand Jatuporn is a bit sharper that Thida at least, but far more in your face and a bigger liar. The Red shirts could really affect change if their leadership was up to scratch, presently they are just rabble rousers.

Lite Beer
Jatuporn to become new UDD leader AYUTTHAYA: -- Jatuporn Prompan was named the new chairman of the redshirt United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship (UDD). Announcing the appointment by UDD chairwoman Mrs Thida Thawornseth in front of some 6,000 redshirt demonstrators in Ayutthaya Saturday night, she said Jatuporn will become the new chairman of UDD amid cheers and applause by supporters. She also announced the appointment of Nattawut Saikur as UDD secretary-general.Small fireworks was then set off to congratulate their appointments.Nattawut, also caretaker deputy commerce minister, the UDD will watch the move of the seven independent agencies offered as mediator in the conflict and set guidelines for the country to move forward.UDD will see to it if the guidelines were within the framework of the Constitution. He said the redshirts would continue nationwide rallies in other provinces to flex its muscles but would avoid confrontation with the PDRC demonstrators .He also said by now UDD hoped that the military would not stage a coup as it would be condemned by world communities and the UN, as Thai people also would oppose it.He said the UDD stand firm to protect and uphold democracy.Commenting on the UDD new leaderships, Suthep Thagsusuban, secretary-general of the People’s Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC), said he anticipated escalation of the situation as both Jatuporn and Nattawut have records of preference for violence, citing the bloody riot in 2010 when both incited redshirts to burn Central World, and government offices nationwide.Suthep also rejected to join negotiation if the UN secretary-general Ban Ki-moon accepts invitation by Foreign Minister Suraspong Tovichakchaikul to be a mediator to resolve the conflicts. The conflict is the internal affairs of Thailand and that Ban should keep off even Surapong has confirmed sending invitation to Ban already. Popular Post djjamie
Jataporn is an interesting fanatic. When he is worried that the PTP are not aligned with the UDD interests he offers them veiled threats and mentions blood, death and sacrifice every few sentences as he did when wanting the PTP to debate the Worachai bill before the budget in parliament. When he is getting his way he is very supportive and quite. He reminds me of a friends son who has attention deficit disorder. So it is finally official that the terrorist wing of the PTP is now run by an accused terrorist. How many peaceful RS leaders say "we will turn the sky red, red as blood" and then not denounce using children as human shields in live fire zones? Only our little red fanatic friend, Jataporn. The timing could not be more appropriate either. Leading a 200 000 red shirt street gang being formed from a pond of disenfranchised, uneducated, unemployed and ill disciplined youth that have access to 10 million weapons is what Jataporn's dreams are made of. He will be in terrorist heaven. I hope Thailand see this promotion as a true reflection of the intentions of the UDD and that "beat the war drum" means exactly that "war" He reminds me of a a man from Iraq. Lets call that man "App"
fab4
Sale on fire extinguishers next week.. Sent from my LG-P970 using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app I presume you are relating to events of 4 years ago when some people, reacting to the army killing civilians, took matters into their own hands and set fire to some buildings in Bangkok - and you are inferring that these events will happen again? Let's go along with your little fantasy, shall we. If that was the case surely the prices of fire extinguishers would increase due to the perceived risk, they wouldn't be at "sale prices" would they? See, if you want to write posts that appeal to the gallery and attract the likees, you need to think them through first.
