Looking for P.Eng to Proctor Professional Exam in BKK

Long story short - I currently live and work in Bangkok, and am in the process of registering as P.Eng with APEGA (in Alberta, Canada). As part of this registration, I will be required to write a professional practice examination. If possible, I'd like to write this examination in Bangkok, as I will not return to Canada for several years. According to APEGA, this is possible, but I'd have to set it up myself, with the following caveat:

"You will also be required to arrange for a qualified proctor to invigilate your exam, who is a registered P.Eng., P.Geo., or P.Geoph. from Canada or P.E. from USA. "

I do not know exactly what requirements would make a "qualified proctor" - I am currently trying to find out the requirements from APEGA - but I thought I'd start by seeing if there are any registered professional Canadian/American engineers in Bangkok who would be able/willing to spare some time to supervise the examination?
