Is border crossings open on public holidays? like songkran?

Hi,

I planning to spend the songkran at koh-chang island.

and if i already go there i would do my 90days run as well

my question is does the border crossing at Ban Hat Lek / Koh Kong open as usual on 13th Sunday morning, which is sunday as well as songran day.

also what time is it open in the morning? I usually go very early like maybe be there at 8-9 am

Border crossings do not close for holidays nor change their operating hours for them. They are open every day of the year.
