Anyone else with big problems in Pattaya /jomtien area today ?

I get 25 kb/s and the line is so slow I cant even read emails. Luckily I also have a Dtac 3G package so I am not completely lost .

TOT always been bad but something must be terribly wrong today . Also tried VPN but that was even worse .

Yesterday and today the performance has slowed. I am getting 5mbps which is half the usual speed. Had this happen before and after a few days it is restored to the performance I am paying.

It's back to 350 kb/s now at testmy.net , still slow but this is normal for Tot .

Are you using a dial up modem? TOT has ADSL service too.

I went to Laem Chabang yesterday....the first comment from the lady...."you need a new router"

I said "well I am on my third router in 4 years.....the current router was replaced in September"

Reply "ok we will send someone tomorrow"

I said "please telephone first"

Guess what???? Zero

Do you have a backup service? Heaven forbid if you had to go a day without posting.

Needless to say really...

TOT did not arrive.....no telephone call to apologise (as if)

This Company are the "Pits".......

I guess that only here would they get away with their total disregard for their customers....

My BCT is also behaving oddly lately.

I am getting around 14Mbps during daytime and around 1730 nothing, can't even connect to the I-net after dark.

Strange? I will contact them today or Monday.

Download......0.26 Mbps

Upload...........0.04 Mbps

Whatever that lot means?

TOT service attendance speed.............Still Zero

Perhaps I should get a few pigeons for sending messages
