This an apology - explanation really - to all our customers who have had their emails not answered or late.

Our main server is based in our Pattaya office and the internet (3BB) has been off for the better part of 2 days - and to cap it all the electric has just been cut off.

Normal(?) service will be resumed as soon as 3BB sort themselves out !

It would be great if a lot more Businesses followed your excellent example.

Just a shame you are in Pattaya, get with the strength and move up to Chiang Mai!

As for Chiang Mai, we have many customers there (as we do throughout Thailand) and with modern communications can arrange insurance for all sectors fast, efficiently and most importantly to suit the individual without having to visit offices and waste time.
