Around 3,000 baht each. Cockpit and B-quik have some prices on their websites. Local shops should be a little cheaper.

Cannot remeber exactly but last time I had 2 fitted and balanced I paid around 2500baht.

The Maxxis shop on Sukhumvit Rd going North in Naklua. You should spot the MAXXIS sign on the roof. They are the tops for undercar and wheel service.
