Not just doing it on the cheap.

First time I used similar I read the instructions and was fearful of death myself.

If you don't know how they work, basically they are vaso dilators and allow blood vessels to dilate and take blood to where its needed.

The amount of blood going in a certain direction stresses the heart so if you are getting on a bit, unfit, fat and easily excitable you are heading for a heart attack or even death.

If you are in that category don't use them....or at least cut the tab in half...20mg does the trick.....I think viagra tabs are 50mg

Remember viagara will give you confidence but you still need to be fit..quite fit, to make use of its benefits.

AFAIK not only chinese copy...real viagra also has the potential to be lethal depending on other contributing factors...

The article doesn't say how many pills he took, so it could be an overdose. Or it could be bad pills; when I was in Cambodia a pharmacist told me that Chinese drug manufacturers are very good at copying western packaging, but inconsistent at copying the drug itself. Indian drug manufacturers are very good at copying the drugs, but don't bother to copy the name or packaging. Most people in Cambodia preferred the Indian knock-offs such as Kamagra.

Without medical investigation, no way of knowing if the cause of death was the fact the pills were fake.

Fake in what way?

Was it using the same active chemicals as Viagra, roughly anyway?

In that case, assuming the Viagra was the culprit it could have easily been a combination of too large a dose or a person not medically suited to any Viagra.

That's why it's supposed to be a scrip. Proper screening is needed to be able to take it safely.

Also people trying it should start out with a quite small dose and see how it goes. A small dose may do the trick just fine, and then with that also decreased risk of side effects. Such as ... death.

It is not the drug that kills, it is usually the exertion enabled by the drug....

The original article shows a picture of what appears to be a stock photo of genuine Pfizer Viagra. Then it says that an empty package of "fake" V. "from China" was found in the trash. If the victim took more than one tablet of sildenefil, fake or not, he was asking for trouble. A little of that stuff goes a long way.

I have had some interesting encounters with street vendors at outdoor cafes in CM, who come around with a basket full of various 'aids to potency'. Included in the mix of products are packages purporting to be genuine Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra. Most unlikely. Kamagra and Sidegra, both from India, are just as good as the brand name stuff, and are available from most local pharmacies, quite legal.

R.I.P. the gentleman.

61 is quite young to die from viagra, unless it was a large dose. Very possible. I get no response from L-arginine, OK response from Viagra and Cealis and outragious excellent from African Yohimbe tree bark....I'm 70 and not dead yet. Still be carefull regardless of your age. Start out low dose and increase accordingly.
