HI!

I recently visited Thailand on a single entry tourist visa which expires in May this year. I hold a Fiji passport and i would love to visit Thailand on a yearly basis but it dreads me to keep applying for a visa.

What are the qualifications for this?

You had a single entry visa and you made your visit, thus there is no visa remaining.    Do you have friends living in Thailand ?  If so you can apply for a multiple entry Non - Immigrant O visa.
