I need help and advice im not in Thailand at present. my girlfriend had a little accident in her car ( Nissan Sylphy ) 1 year old

her branch of Viriyah insurance told her to put her car into a specific garage not a Nissan garage. it took several weeks to fix the bodywork

the garage gave her car back but she could not drive it because it had severe steering damage.so she complained to both the garage and insurance

again she was told to put it back into the same garage. it is 64 days now and she still has not got her car. what can I do ???
