The thing is, the person overtaking the bus is or was if he's deceased, a sandwich short of a picnic. The person coming from the other direction was going too fast for the conditions. I agree with you, could easily have permanently disabled someone and maybe did, not amusing at all IMO (and I love a funny video but this isn't it). Many many irresponsible people here, overtaking on bends is common, driving the wrong way is common, driving without helmets is common, driving with no lights is common, speeding is common, tail gating is common, no police presence and no policing is normal!!
