moved into a new condo thinking my internet would follow but the owner told my gf she has wifi, electric ,water etc should be bought from her at inflated prices but the internet is slow as a dead dog (there are bridge routers on every floor with 1 connection shared between all the apartments i think )

i went into true to have a chat and they said yes ,we can change your old contract to new address .no problem

so i give them the new address and they said it will take about 2 weeks because holidays

last time they need the signature of the owner /juristic person but shes never really here so i intend to just let them install it anyway and if she flips out later she can keep the deposit ? :)

do they need the signature of the owner or will my signature be enough ?

Depends... It maybe that they are supposed to get the owners approval , but have done it a couple of times in the past (when I used to rent) without ever asking or getting from owner and never had a problem
