What to charge per page for editing documents

Please assist in sharing knowledge of the average or current rate for how much to charge per page or per word for grammatical editing in English.

I have heard between 200 and 300 Baht per page. Is this correct?

I charge 300 a page but will do a large project like a masters dissertation for a flat fee. couple hundred pages = 1200 baht. Bearing in mind I was a proofreader in my former life.
