True Internet iservice woes

Featured Replies

I have true internet adsl at my house. I have converted to ebilling and get pdf bills through my email. I like to pay online using their website and my Thailand credit card. This has been going well until last couple months. They have redesigned their website and seem to have managed to screw up my account at the same time. Early March I found it difficult to find my billing details in the new website but managed to trick and pay by following links in my browser history. Early April that has been impossible. My True iService account shows me not having an outstanding bill. I phone them and they say I have no bill outstanding. I do as I've got the pdf bill and subsequently had reminders. Many emails back and forth to true support and they keep saying it's fixed but it never is. I've even tried their Android phone app. That too shows no outstanding bills. Last year I got a new passport. I wrote to them in November and they acknowledged receipt of the new details. Latest is that they are blaming me changing my passport number for their website not working. They said they have deleted my account thereby removing all my payment history and requested I make a new account using my new passport number. I did so yesterday and I'm back to the beginning again as my online account still shows no internet or bill. They seems to be at a total loss about how to fix it.

I know I can pay using other methods and I may well have to resort to one of them should they disconnect my internet. But I have told them that online payment is my preferred method and they must enable it again for me and NOT disconnect me until they have fixed whatever is going wrong.

My question is: Am I the only one who cannot pay true internet via their website?

Thanks for listening.

An hour or so ago and my account was still broken. Couldn't even fill in my profile details.

Five minutes ago and it works. I had to associate my internet service to my account, something they never told me I'd had to do.

It has taken them just over two weeks and about 10 emails.

True still get my vote for the WORST WEBSITE IN THE WORLD though.

Now to see if the Android app works?

Bye
