The block is situated in a rural area near Kanthalarak (Isaan), has been benched with 3 metres of soil fill, is powered, has a well, fenced at street frontage and is in a very nice area where there are a number of upmarket and well designed homes constructed by Farangs and Thai nationals.

Good breezes and views of the surrounding countryside. A short drive to Kanthalarak and Kraecheng shops.
