Non Immigrant B Requirements?

I did not find the information for applying for Non-immigrant type B other than the one posted on the page http://www.thaivisa.com/275.0.html.

I´m Filipino, just got a contract to work with a local Thai company. As this will be the first time the company hired a foreigner, what would I need to prepare? What documents should I bring with me to a Thai consulate? I´m planning to do the visa run to Laos in Ventianne.

I am not the webmaster but just did a search "type b visa" and got a page full of results going back a year in time so maybe you could try again. You will also find a lot of information on the www.thaivisa.com web site itself.
