I have a 90 day reporting coming up on monday and am currently in bangkok, far from my local immigration office. Is it possible to me to do this in Bangkok or must it be done at my local?

You can do it in Bangkok but you need an address there to put on the TM47 form. You may also need proof of address. A receipt for a hotel room would be enough normally.

You will need to do the report at one of the 2 temporary offices because Chaeng Wattana is closed. See: http://bangkok.immigration.go.th/popup_anounce.html

Don't forget Monday 5th is a holiday.
