As I have learned over the past few days, there are different levels of difficulty in obtaining visas at different consulates (for example, it is more difficult in places like Cambodia or Malaysia).

A friend of mine wants to get a Non-immigrant O visa in Hawaii. How difficult do they make this in Hawaii?

2-3 years ago, quite easy, there were only 2 people working at the consulates granny i might say, tiny little office behind the DMV, not sure now
