Can Anyone Recommend Accom In Koh Tao

Featured Replies

:o

Going to Koh Tao begining of October for a few days of rest and relaxation, befor going back to Samui.

Can anyone suggest cheapish, value for money accomodation on a quietish beach, possibly with a dive shop near by. If anyone has been to Tong noy pan noi, Koh pa ngan, you will know what im looking for.

Doesnt matter what side of the island.

Ive looked at the places online, but you dont always get the whole picture from a few photos, do you. Ive learnt that mistake before!!!!!

cheers

if you are gonna be diving ... I'd be looking at the dive shops there and basing choices on that ... and not the other way around

I went diving with Crystal Divers earlier this year and they were great. Loads of Brit staff and a good laugh. Some wicked diving as well. Try to dive round Chumpon Pinnacle if you can.

Cheap bungalows as well, definately worth looking at.

coral grand divers resort - very nice bungalows on a quiet beach with 6 million piss heads walking past at 3 am !!!

oh and they also have 2 of the nicest dive boats on the island as well, not sure what the rates are as i havent been since last year but it is a 5* resort by Tao standards.

As an aside if on samui i highly recommend "Le Meridien" absolutely tremendous hotel :o
