I get easily confused ... wasn't this about NOT investing in Thailand ... or is it about investing in a resort for the disabled?

Yes we have gone completely OT! My initial post was that I was not going to invest in Thailand other than what I had already invested - which is how we ended up talking about the hotel.

My comment still stands re future investment. There seems to be too many restrictions and moving of goal posts to make it a realistic idea.

What was the minimum monthly salary required to apply? That's usually where I hit a brick wall.
