Hahaha ironically if will be be the judge who won't attend the next hearing for the very same reason - if Jatuporn shows really up - followed by 100.000 supporters!

Defamation are you kidding me - Abhisit was in in charge as PM of the military puppet government and ordered the violent crackdown on the protesters and also tried to stop the amnesty bill - so stop wasting tax payers money where is the defamation?

Maybe the courts should work up the backlog of cases against PAD and others pending for years now!

Otherwise Jatuporn can always say he is busy defending democracy - sounds better than Suthep's busy leading an lllegal violent mop trying to overthrough democracy in Thailand.

I would say ignore the yellow judge - he will soon reverse his decision!

Yes because threatening and terrorizing is the red way and the way of the followers of the red menace.

The only violence I see daily is from so called guards on the yellow side!

And there is no need to threaten a judge in Thailand - they always hang their flag in the wind - if that does not happen usually a box full of money does! They all have a price!

So daily see violence by guards on the yellow side? Maybe you should stop hitting the repeat button ?

Of course if you read the yellow press only you will not get the information you need!

The information is all out there but the question is of course if you really want to be informed or rather follow the yellow brainwashing?

Goes for the red press as well. Also the social media are good at presenting 'facts'. Most foreign news sources depend on news provided by someone in Thailand who may not have a totally objective picture of the situation.

So, do you think I should watch the red brainwashing?

The info is out there, but you dare not share it with us. That is secret red shirt information right that does not make it to any online news links. A big conspiracy right. Daily attacks by guards, but even though it would be highly beneficial for the PTP/Capo to publish it to make the PDRC look bad, they don't They have no qualms going into a Lumpini park and presenting guns, ammo and grenades the PDRC "left behind" to show the media. Imagine that the PDRC left Lumpini park in the day time and magically left all the guns, ammo and grenades that they never in fact used behind to be discovered. The gullible would believe it and going by your above post you would have fallen for that one hook line and sinker.

They will publish news of Suthep's fart if it made the PDRC look bad, but heaven forbid they publish these "daily" attacks by the PDRC guards. Nope, that is red shirt media secret news only available to red shirts and people in "the know" and when you reply the poster stating the news is out there you still don't provide any links to the daily attacks. I suppose you need a secret password to access the information.

I love it my friend. That is absolutely, unequivocally, without question, the pinnacle, the epitome and downright entertaining PTP logic right there. Next you will say the rice scheme has no corruption!!

Love your mindset my friend. I love it. I absolutely love it.

I will even give you a "like" for the priceless value of that post.

As we all know ,even the UDD leaders are not above the law although you would think their counterparts , the PTP think they are, these court judges are not going to take Sh!!t from anyone , so the quicker these people realise that the better, who knows Jatuporn might have marked he's calendar wrong ,seeing the busy schedule he has lately, however when it comes to appearing in court very few excuses are allowed , one being skipping out of the country. bah.gif

Somehow...I just can't imagine Jutaporn strolling along Sheikh Zayed Rd in Dubai....in his rediculous red outfit!!

He should be deported to Dubai, it would be a suitable punishment for Thaksin, having to listen to the half witted buffoon.

So the courts order Jutaporn be arrested for defamation, but have not enforced the orders against Suthep for murder and insurrection. All this just shows how hopelessly biased the court system and judiciary are. Will this never end?

Don't be such a silly boy.

The courts are responsible for the orders but the arrests are down to the police.

Just quote the new senate speaker who says the law should not stand in the way if it needs to serve their purpose - just bend if a bit when needed! What a bunch of morons!

also tried to stop the amnesty bill

Too bad for you that he didn't, look where it got PTP, PM gone, 9 cabinet members gone, 304 members about to be banned for 5 years, and hundreds of thousands of people protesting on the streets. Why did this all come about, because one fugitive believes that his money puts him above the law, a typical red shirt, monk beating crap throwing attitude

How one eyed of you.

The deaths, the injuries, the constant grenades and shooting must have all slipped under your radar like MH370 on steroids

Come on over to Chaengwatthana, the violence is literally almost daily, 6 days running up to Saturday. Show starts at 11pm, except for cameo appearances just after dark. Injury and death is low because of the extensive defense perimeter, but there were 2 reported attacks with casualties a week or so back, also a guard was shot this last Friday, unreported, went to Mongutwatthana hospital is all I know. On the night that several guards were killed at Democracy monument (Wednesday ?), we had an unusual attack where a slow series of pingpong bombs was used to draw guards out of their extensive living quarters and be shot at with M79s. Seems to me there was an order to kill on Wednesday rather than just intimidate by death and injury.

Of course, maybe it is all by self explosion as a few here suggest.

I see this name of Jatuporn in the news all the time. Seems to be a very angry disrespectful man that is always in trouble.

I hope he starts to respect the law to set an example to his followers. If he sets this bad example then his followers will follow suit and they will be in trouble too. Though after seeing how they think the courts are biased I suppose they can get away with being naughty and just blame the courts for their own faults.

One more time double standard.

The Royalists committed dozens of crimes since 2006 (no need to mention them again) => still at large and even making more troubles in the country (i.e. Suthep).

Some guy like this Jatuporn just spoke against a criminal and he should be in jail?

By the way, this is EXCELLENT => the proof that the justice is always on the side of the aristocracy against the population.

Continue like that and there will be no more aristocracy soon.

The Royalists??? blink.pnghuh.png

hahahahaha, will this pathetic excuse for a human run away like his red mate, lets see just how peaceful the red shirts are when the police try to arrest him if he is still here and the police do their job that is of course as long as capo lets them arrest him

The UDD were rudderless and now they will be leaderless!!!

This was in October 11-17 in 2010. Talk about a DEM biased court. Dragging its feet like this on UDD cases.

Back to reality. It is not a biased court. That's what 1 principle supporters say because they cannot accept accountability for anything. Nothing. Zippo. Ziltch.

Interesting that Jatuporn feared for his life as an excuse not to attend. The red shirt supporters accept that excuse and in fact turn the argument back on the DEM's and PAD. That is predictable because they cannot defend the PTP. Hard to defend accused terrorists.

Ahbisit cannot attend the EC meeting because he fears for his life, but that is not a good excuse. He is demonized. He is the devils spawn. He is a fascist thug and fearing for ones life is not excuse not to attend.

That is PTP logic right there. Hypocricy to boot.

Well, I think that it would be reasonable to hold any alleged 'defamation' charges in abeyance pending the outcome of the murder charges against Abhisit. That trial might be over sometime in the latter part of this century.

How can you defame a man (used loosely) who oversaw the massacre of his own citizens and did nothing to stop it

If you want reforms remove the defamation act from the books

Its nice to see all the red puppets here condemning this judge before he has even put down a verdict. All he said that Jatuporn his excuse was invalid.

Afraid for his life.. its the anti government side that has had 90% the casualties so far. cheesy.gif

On a more serious note...if this all goes t1ts members of the judiciary, EC, NACC, Senate, Army Brass, financial backers who have been identified would find it impossible to renew their life insurance. Very very scary for them and to be honest it would give me great pleasure, not to see harm come to them but knowing they were crapping themselves for all the politically motivated verdicts they have perpetrated against the honest folk of Thailand.

I hope there are some pics of this serial troublemaker behind bars......would look good on the RS stages!

Do we think for one minute that the cops will carry out this warrant.......??

They will look something like this.

Can you prove he ordered the killing of protestors? I think not!

I would have thought the lawyer would have requested the Court to postpone any defamation hearing until AFTER they know whether Abhisit is actually guilty of anything or not.

Jatuporn should produce evidence that Abhisit ordered the killing of red shirts.

but as we all know there isnt any ....or he would have gone down while ptp were..in government...correct..

Besides. . Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. But in Jatuporn s jargon that translates to everything he says about others is to make them look guilty.

Could be a good chance for him to put his money where is mouth is and surrender himself - sadly I don't see much chance of that happening.

Then again it is a libel lawsuit we are talking of. Not exactly a jail-worthy offense, except in Thailand apparently.

The libel suit carries no jail time. Disrespecting the court's time by a no-show is a criminal offense. If you don't show up for trial in your country, is it not 'jail-worthy? He had better hope this does not cause his previous bail conditions to be revoked.

Well boys and girls, the good news is that at this rate when the next government does come around most of the so called politicians who got us into this mess will either be on remand or on the run.

So there may be some hope for broken old Thailand after all.

Do you count yourself as one of the honest folk in Thailand?

I'm not, bet you aren't either.

One thing I am definitely not, is gullible, naive or a lackey to anyone.

(correction, that's four things that I am not)

You're talking about Thaksin and the war on drugs, that left some 2,500 people dead, right?

I would suggest Klong Prem Central Prison as a humane alternative.

Finally a court got smart to the PTPs excuses for not showing up to a hearing. Every PTP that has had a recent court case scheduled to be heard has come up with am excuse not to be there. The exception i think was YLs last hearing.

I would think that this would be tantamount to contempt of court, which must surely represent another breach of his bail conditions...!!

In the civilized world failure to appear and having a warrant for arrest issued is an automatic violation and cancellation of any bond. In Thailand though it seems to be the norm. Besides, even with the warrant No policeman would dare to make an attempt to serve that arrest warrant.

And yet Suthep and Mark are strutting around free with murder charges hanging over them! Libel! who gives a toss?

Abhisit goes to court when asked. Suthep has arrest warrants the same as Jatuporn (did).
