Holiday visa for Thai gf and Thai step daughter

this won't be until 2016 but is there anything that needs to be started now for getting a tourist visa for my gf and step daughter for a 1 month holiday to the UK?

Far too early to start making plans as the rules could change, unlikely but they could.

Just keep on mind that you don't get a visa, your girlfriend and her daughter have to apply, it's their application and it's them that needs to satisfy the Entry Clearance Officer.

Much nearer the time, three to six months before they plan to travel, feel free to come back and ask again.
