Featured Replies

Hello !

Today my samsung laser printer

Did not recognized that I put payer inside, a friend bought the printer for me 2 month ago in a shopping mall

Not gave me the bill yet

Does I have any chance for a replacement send back to samsung without a bill?

See nanufactor date and serial dateed this year

Doubt it without supporting paperwork of some kind. Did you fill in and send off the warranty card?

Sandman as CharlieH said they like to see paperwork, i had a problem with a printer we purchased & didn't have the receipt either and I never filled in the card, we bought it at Office Mate and they were able to trace the transaction via the loyalty card - "The 1 Card" good at Robinsons, Central, Tops etc.

Never tried dealing direct with Samsung, perhaps give them a call and see if they will deal with you directly.

Knowing Samsung, I doubt it very much.

But a genuine HP product, YES.

You dont need ANY paper to claim warranty. It is in their system.

Have claimed >1000 International warranties during 2 decades.

This could be a very small issue.

With many products you just go there they take the barcode from the device and know everything.

Worked Gigabyte, Western Digital, Acer, but not sure for Samsung
