Popular Post TVGerry
It's a good idea. These policemen are partisan and could have possibly thrown a wrench in the works of what the military is trying to do. I do hope this is a start to them really changing the police force from the corrupt organization it is known to be to something better. I must say the military seem very serious about getting things sorted out this time around, they are making some very decisive decisions and carrying them through...cant be bad thing me thinks... seems they have been connecting the dots......attacks on protestor's....police getting nowhere investigating things.....military starts finding large arms caches within a few days of taking power....Police heads begin rolling.....

Popular Post JRSoul
It seems that 16 senior police officers may have to explain their actions, or lack of them; and their willingness to ignore blatant criminality and to accept illegal accept orders to do so. Hopefully Tarit will be next, asked to explain the pressing of charges against the former governments opponents as a means of political suppression.

I'm well aware of the definition and admire your prowess at cut and paste but I fail to see how applying that kind of description to a large group of people is helpful in this time of tension. You and others with your mindset are part of the problem. Your last short sentence, You mean the 99% of TVF members, we are part of the problem---I think not it could well be the 1% of persons in denial as usual. This is a clean up campaign for your info.

While exporting numerous violent trouble-makers to Bangkok, they have always maintained sufficient numbers to attack any political opponents that ventured into their "red democracy". That in the past, this has been allowed to continue is certainly not a matter for pride in achievement.

A very much closer look at so many villages in Issan you can, if you open your ears and eyes see the very quiet CONTROL. FEAR---much and you stay usually quiet. The reason this purge is happening. You think people would take action like this if there was no problem??? stop the silly out dated pro PTP stuff--it has long gone now. Time for mega reforms---yippee for Thais in general.

You and others with your mindset are part of the problem. If you were aware of the definition, then you should also be aware of the accuracy of the usage. BTW the "large group of people" you refer to is nowhere as large as you imagine or hope. You and others with your mindset are part of the problem; currently being resolved. You actually can't see anything wrong with that statement can you? You really do identify with the demonisation propaganda. I see djjamie gave you a like. Popular Post lor
Moved to inactive posts. Nothing changes! Why are they not sacked or prosecuted for allowing mass corruption in their departments? Or maybe the new rulers are just as happy with corruption as every one else, they just want new corrupt people who are not loyal to the man in Dubai Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect Thailand
Popular Post useronthenet
Interesting they keep using the phrase "inactive posts", meaning still employed by the Police but no longer functional in their present form. Question stills lies, how are they being reprimanded for their actions? If indeed they have committed an offense ? The point of being transparent and accountable is applicable, and will undoubtedly convince or at least reassure the public that significant changes are being made.
