As I've just popped in to answer my other thread, I thought I might post this while I'm in here.

I was reading the sport section of the Daily Mail today and came across this article by the Arsenal FC manager.

Arsene Wenger says Premier League stars may never be able to reveal they are gay during playing career
  • Thomas Hitzlsperger waited until the end of his playing career before revealing he was gay
  • Arsenal boss says the inevitable scrutiny might discourage players from coming out

Just imagine being out and running on at Wembley to play in the Cup Final. It would be a nightmare.

Here's the most important bit of what Wenger said:

'But overall he should not have to come out at all because it should just be considered like anything else.'
