Can a Thai hold two passports? Thai passport and Japanese Passport? What is the current regulation

Does anyone know the current regulations about a Thai citizen holding a Thai passport and a Japanese Passport?

Does the Thai have to choose only Thai passport and give up Japanese passport? Or can continue to hold both passports?

Dr. Thaksin has quite a collection I believe. Seriously though they can hold as many as they like provided the other passports also allow dual or multiple nationality.

Thailand does not prohibit dual-citizenship, many ThaiVisa members hold two or more passports.

If Japan allows dual-citizenship there's no issue whatever.
