Small Taskbar Problem

Hi,

A thing that has been annoying me for ages is when I press the large Pot Player icon on my taskbar it only brings up Pot Player about 50% of the time.

The other 50% of the time it doesn't and I have to go to the right hand side of the taskbar,press a little arrow which opens up a little box that has the Pot Player icon in it.

Only when I press this icon does the player come up on screen.

I would love to know how to fix this problem if anyone has the time to explain how to fix it.

If you don't have problems with other apps in the Taskbar, or SystemTray then the issue lays with your Daum PotPlayer.

Also, you could try a google search: potplayer taskbar icon issue

That search revealed this (don't know it if applies to you since you didn't say what OS or OS version you're running):

Enable Windows 7 taskbar features

To enable this option under Daum PotPlayer:

Tap on F5 to access the Preferences window > General

Check "Use Windows 7 taskbar features".

Click on OK to validate.

I got as far as "General" but my page seems different.

There is an option to set the "tray Icon" which I set to "do not show".

It seems to have cured it.
