UAE Tourist drugged and robbed by two Thai “Females” at North Pattaya Mall

PATTAYA:--On Saturday evening a UAE National reported an earlier drugging and robbery which saw him lose Thai and Foreign Currency amounting to approximately 110,000 Baht.

Mr. Jumaa Jameel Bakheet Aljneibi aged 65 explained to Police that on the 28th May in the afternoon he encountered two females, one of which he suspected was a Ladyboy, at Big C in North Pattaya. After a short time, one of them left and came back with an Ice Tea which was offered to the victim who consumed the drink and minutes later, as he left the Shopping Mall, he felt drowsy and claimed he collapsed in an alleyway and did not wake until the 29th May in the late morning.

He began to walk back to his hotel but claimed he collapsed again outside of his Hotel where a friend saw what was happening and escorted the man back to his Hotel Room at the Mike Beach Resort.

When inside the room, the room safe was open and the Thai and Foreign Currency had disappeared.

Or did they wait until he was unconscious, take his hotel key which usually has the hotel name and room number on it and help themselves? Don't think the tooth fairy came into it.

The shirt doesn't have "fool" on it, don't think it would be unreasonable to suggest that someone who just made that up was a bigger fool.

Yes and he laid in the ally for 24 hours without being noticed and hotel staff could not tell the difference between an Arab and a Thai ladyboy.

And his friend so happens to walk past when the victim passed out again.

And all people around have no common sense and believe any story no matter how idiotic it sounds

Yeah the alleyway was BS, straight to the hotel where he fell for the oldest tricks in the book

About 2/3 of the respondents to this thread never even read the details prior to posting.

As for the victim, what type of hotel does not check guests ID's? Every hotel I have stayed at in Thailand requires that I accompany my guest and my Thai wife still has been occasionally asked for her ID and she is 38 and dresses conservatively.

This guy must have stayed a real low-end hotel?
