any ideas on an average for the monthly maint fee for a villa , say something along the lines of a two villas style property with a pool ...and what should it include ?

There's all different levels of management, what were you looking for, just maintenance, or a full service that rents out the unit, does all repairs and handles everything, or something in between?

Have you called or emailed any companies that supposedly are property management companies?

just to maintain it ..... trying to get an idea of what the monthly deductions from the rent will be ... tried emailing no luck ...
