Hello all. This is in reference to first-time retirement extension. I have worked here many years on a non-B but now I want to retire. I already have my non - O and am putting together the rest of the docs.

When I had my non-B and WP, my address was my place of employment. Now that I am not working, I will use the address of my rental house.

Is there a list of the docs (in Thai language) that are required to prove the address of a foreigner?

I have heard "lease agreement" but also references to others that I don't know what they are.

My landlord is a good egg but not good in English, so a list in Thai of what I need to show immigration would be great.

I also have phone bills, credit card statements and other official mail with my name and address on them. Should I bring them too?

What you need to show depends on the immigration office in question.

Often a rental contract will be enough, sometimes it is enough that you can show a utility bill in your name with your address on it.

If they want documents from the land lord, normally a signed copy of his ID card and the household registration book should do it.

Do you mean the house book of the house the landlord lives in or the house book of the house they rent to me?

Sorry to be so dumb.blink.png
