Is it true that if Filipinos attempt to travel to Thailand, they are stopped in the Phillipines?

Cheers mate, but I can't seem to see any warnings on that website. Either I can't search properly or there's not a warning regarding travel Thailand on there.

However, I've been told by a Filipino that they will not be allowed to leave the Fillipines to travel to Thailand and I'm trying to confirm this. It's hard to imagine, but there was a a similar story here. on TV a while back.

Okay, I've found it, the warning, which I was looking for.

They don't seem to have any problems travelling. I've had two visitors from the Philippines in the last 12 dyas visit, and neither had problems on exiting the country. I have heard though that they are currently not letting new employees leave for Thailand.

Loads of Filipinos on the plane when i came back from Manila on Friday.
